This is for the couple contest. Waiii~~ 12 freakin' unnecessary hours of working on this art piece. I was practicing on opencanvas after I got my serial number, but it took longer than i anticipated. I drew a regular sketch on my sketchbook and scanned it on the computer. But as I was inking it, I didn't like how the hair was and the pose, so basically I redrawn the picture over and over to my liking. That took a long time. Then I had problems with shading the hair. So I redone that over and over until it looked right. [note: most of the problem was on daisuke, cuz i colored him first] I redrawn 3 different poses and made it look less awkward and finally I was ready to color the whole picture, which took 8 hours (including the dumb wings which took many drawings) XO Somehow Hiwatari was done much quicker than Daisuke *pout*. I drew the window frame using the reference of DNANGEL manga #8. I'm planning to upload this piccie at [link], that way you can download the .oes and see my frustration to this piccie. But overall I really really like how it turned out, because I spent WAAAYYY too much time on it.
