Commission by

This is a commission of an original character Taishi Surudoi [link] . Veggie gave me links to some Ska style music to listen to, so I try to used that as inspiration. It was really difficult to come up with a pose. I sketched and thumbnail several time, trying to get this "hyper pose" and even try getting more into anatomy since I'm taking life drawing (As you may know, my anatomy is really off) ; It's not easy when its full-body as well.

I wasn't happy with the first sketch I showed to her, even though she approved, so I redid it on my own because it didn't felt right. Luckily, I did more research in her gallery and recently new submission and some commissions done by other and almost forgot he had a gun, cuz he's an assassin XD. I reevaluated and research his character again and end up having him do a standing pose while his clothes and hair are in motion.

I'm satisfied with this commission piece after going through all this block ^^ Aside from conceptualizing, I played with color, design, and tried to improve my cell-style.
